Actions for Health

The following are discoveries used in the diagnosis and the treatment of diseases. Answer the questions that follow.
a.       Immunization against measles, polio, TB, diphtheria, whooping cough, tetanus, etc.
b.      X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, etc., used in diagnosing diseases.
c.       Use of laser, phacoemulsification procedure in removing cataract, and other operations.
d.      Transplanting some parts of the body, like the heart, the kidney, the retina and lens of the eyes, the bone from a donor to another person with a defective organ.
e.      Private as well as government hospitals offering free consultation and treatment of diseases to the people.

1.       What do you think or what can you say about the progress in medicine?

The only thing that I can say about the progress in medicine is that it escalated and developed so quickly to the point that people almost have the answer and solution to every disease or virus that may or may not come in our way.

2.       Would you submit yourself t any of the mentioned procedures in medicine if the need arises?

Yes, absolutely.

3.       What are the reasons for your actions?

I believe in the extent of research the experts had made to carefully plan and establish these procedures and I believe I am in good hands. I would be more than willing to participate in one of these dealings especially when the need arises.
